Council pledge over improvements
A council has pledged improvements will be carried out on a housing estate after a campaign by residents to highlight conditions.

People living in Sutton Hill in Telford said their estate, built in 1968, was being neglected, with burnt out and derelict homes a regular sight.

One campaigner filmed several "eyesores" and put footage on YouTube.

Two thirds of the houses are privately owned, but Telford and Wrekin Council said it would approach the owners.
