Misbehaviour on Shropshire's school buses has been only slightly reduced,in spite of the introduction of CCTV cameras on some services.
More than 100 incidents were reported last year according to a report for the county council's Children and Young People's Panel.
The report calls for more cameras to be installed on certain routes.
The report said cameras had been put on 29 school buses across the county, mainly on secondary school routes.
It is hoped that the images will eventually be transferrable wirelessly from buses to monitors, but the report said this was not yet practicable.
