Group says racism still a problem
Racism is still a problem in Shrewsbury, according to a campaign group.

Shrewsbury Action Against Racism held its Love Music Hate Racism concert at the town's Music Hall on Saturday.

Jonathan Hyams, from the group, said racist graffiti was an ongoing problem in the town.

He said recent racially aggravated assaults included an attack on an Afro-Caribbean woman who was wearing an England football shirt.

He said there had also been an incident involving an Asian family in the town suffering harassment.
