Design team redevelop music hall
Shrewsbury Music Hall
The music hall will house gallery space and public conveniences
Architects Austin-Smith:Lord have been appointed to oversee the transformation of an historic building in Shropshire.

The team, whose clients include Oxford's Bodleian Library and London's Victoria and Albert Museum, are to redevelop Shrewsbury's Music Hall.

The hall is to be transformed into a heritage centre and a museum when a new arts and entertainment centre opens in Frankwell later next year.

The heritage centre will house visitor information and museum displays.
