A third man has been charged with the murder of a landlord whose body was found at his pub.

The 18-year-old, from Heath Hayes, near Cannock, Staffordshire, is also charged with burglary and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Michael Hughes was found dead at the Royal Oak pub in Pelsall, near Walsall, on 27 April last year.

Lee Michael Worgan and Gavin Raymond Chapman have also been charged with the 49-year-old's murder.

Mr Worgan, from Blakenall, Walsall, and Mr Raymond, from Norton Canes, Staffordshire, were remanded in custody in December.

The pair also face an allegation of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

A post-mortem examination of Mr Hughes revealed he died from head injuries.
