Six arrested over hare coursing in Oxfordshire

Police have arrested five men and a teenage boy on suspicion of hare coursing in West Oxfordshire.

Officers were called to a farm in Yelford, near Witney, at about 1320 GMT on Saturday after the landowner spotted a group allegedly hare coursing.

The men aged 54, 35, 24 and two 21-year olds, along with the 15-year-old boy, have been released on police bail.

As a condition of their bail, all of the suspects are banned from entering Oxfordshire.
