Town Hall offers swine flu drugs

A collection point has been set up in Oxford Town Hall to help speed up the distribution of swine flu drugs.

Patients diagnosed with swine flu are asked to nominate a "flu friend" to collect their drugs from the unit which is open between 1030 and 1630 BST.

Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust said the patient's details would then be faxed to staff with the name of the flu friend.

The nominated person would then need identification to collect the drugs.

A second collection point is due to open at the Woodgreen Leisure Centre in Banbury on 20 July.
