Science centre to close for refit

The exhibition centre at Science Oxford is to close later for two months for a total refurbishment.

The new look for the space will be the brainchild of award-winning museum and exhibition designer Haley Sharpe.

Science Oxford said it wanted to improve the vistors' experience and link the displays in with peoples' everyday experiences.

It will reopen on 6 March with an exhibition on animal, plant and human evolution called Sex.
