Opponents protested outside a public meeting in October

Campaigners opposed to plans for a waste incinerator in south Oxfordshire are holding a public meeting later.
Developers WRG want to build the plant to generate electricity from burning waste, on an existing landfill site in Sutton Courtney, near Didcot.
But people living close to the suggested site say an incinerator poses a health risk and will be an eyesore on the landscape.
At a meeting on Sunday night they will discuss alternatives to incineration.
Another possible site for an incinerator has been earmarked by Oxfordshire County Council in Ardley, near Bicester, and a proposal has been put forward by rival developers Viridor.
The plans have prompted opposition from people living in both areas.
The protestors from Sutton Courtney Against the Incinerator have vowed to continue to fight plans.
The Waste Recycling Group (WRG) said there are already incinerators like the one proposed in Sutton Courtney operating very successfully around Europe.
Up to 300,000 tonnes of rubbish a year would be burned to generate electricity.
The county council invited bids as part of its strategy to dispose of residual waste over the next 25 years.
It will evaluate the final proposals next year.
