Mr Maynard had been on a ride with the club

A cycling club has paid tribute to a member who was killed and another who was injured when they were struck by a van in Oxfordshire.
Anthony Maynard, 25, of Earley, Berkshire, died at the scene on the A4130 at Bix, near Henley-on-Thames.
His colleague from Reading Cycling Club, David Ivory, 38, of Winnersh, Berkshire, is still in hospital following the incident last Thursday.
The club secretary said Mr Maynard was held in the "highest affection".
The 38-year-old driver of the van was subsequently arrested and released on bail.
'Worst thing'
Mr Maynard and his father Dave were long-time members of the cycling club and were on the same ride together before the accident, but the group became fragmented.
Roy Booth, club secretary, said: "This is the worst thing that has happened in the club since I joined in the 1980s.
"I will find it hard to come to terms with the knowledge that Anthony won't be turning up on Sunday mornings to ride his bike with the rest of us.
"Anthony was generous, handing on his old frames to younger riders.
"He was held in the highest affection by everyone who knew him in the club, to which he brought, with his father, real warmth.
"Thankfully David Ivory is recovering well."
Any witnesses to the incident have been urged to contact police.
