Man dies as JCB part falls on car
A man has died after part of a JCB fell on the car he was sitting in on a building site in Oxfordshire.

Two other men were injured when part of the nine-tonne vehicle landed on the car at the Linden Homes site in Banbury at about 0800 GMT.

The victim, in his 30s, died at the scene while the injured were taken to Horton General Hospital in Banbury.

Health and Safety Executive (HSE) investigators are undertaking a joint inquiry with Thames Valley Police.

One of the injured men suffered serious injuries, while the other was not badly hurt, a Thames Valley Police spokesperson said.

All three men were inside the car.
