Driver appeal after fatal crash
Police are trying to trace a female driver who stopped to help at the scene of a fatal collision in Oxfordshire.

The crash happened on the B4508, between Hatford and Gainfield near Faringdon and opposite the Grey Fox Racing Stables, on 31 October.

A woman, who was driving a silver Peugeot, died and the male driver of a blue van was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

Police are appealing to a driver of dark blue car to get in contact.

They said it could have been a Volkswagen Golf and the driver spoke with a Canadian or American accent.

The woman stopped at the scene of the crash but left before police arrived.
