Four men arrested over the murder of a man stabbed in an Oxford suburb have been released on bail.

Detectives investigating the murder of Enayit Khalili, 26, of Fiennes Road, had arrested six men.

Mr Khalili died in hospital after being stabbed in the Rose Hill area of the city, on Saturday.

Two men - aged 22 and 24 - were later released without charge. Four other men were questioned over Mr Khalili's death but were released on bail on Wednesday.

Det Supt George Turner, of Thames Valley Police, said: "We will be continuing the large-scale investigation into his death, including ongoing forensics work at the scene.

"Extensive house-to-house enquiries are being carried out in the Rose Hill area and these will go on for some time."
