Tests find Legionella in prison
Traces of the Legionella bacteria have been found at a prison in Oxfordshire, it has been confirmed.

A prison service spokeswoman confirmed that the bacteria were found during routine tests at HMP Bullingdon.

The bug was found in a shower area in one wing of the prison near Bicester, which houses nearly 1,000 male inmates, at the weekend.

No staff or prisoners have been affected by the bug and the area has now been treated, said the spokeswoman.
