Mail deliveries in west Oxfordshire could be delayed again as postal workers have voted to strike.
About 100 postal workers in Witney and Carterton are due to walkout on three days, starting on Thursday.
Following the suspension of a postman, staff carried out an unofficial strike last month and a union said the latest action follows allegations of bullying.
A Royal Mail spokesperson said they had not received formal notification of the action and negotiations continued.
'Off with stress'
A ballot had been held after claims post office bosses broke local and national agreements in treatment of staff.
In Carterton, where the suspension of a worker had taken place, 96% of workers voted in favour of the strike, and 90% of workers in Witney voted for a walkout following claims of bullying and harassment.
Bob Cullen, of the Communication Workers Union, said: "They want to be treated like human beings, we have nine people off with stress at the moment out of two offices."
"Rural offices generally don't take any action, but these are just terrible to work in."
The 24-hour strikes are planned for Thursday and Friday and Tuesday, 22 August.
