Sex attack on boy, 10, in alley

Police in Oxfordshire are hunting a man who sexually assaulted a ten-year-old boy in an alleyway.

The attack happened in Barton on Tuesday afternoon while the youngster was walking through the alley that leads to Alderbarton Drive.

He was approached by a man who sexually assaulted him, but the youngster eventually managed to run off.

Police described the attacker as 6ft, middle-aged, unshaven with short, greyish-brown short hair.

He had blue eyes and was wearing a dark zipper jacket.

Police are appealing for anyone who think they recognise the description to contact them.
