Thugs kill 12-week-old kittens
Thugs have abducted and attacked two 12-week-old kittens, posting the tail of one through its owners' letterbox.

RSPCA officers said the animals must have "suffered terribly" in the attack and that their owners, from Didcot, Oxfordshire, had been left devastated.

The kittens were stolen on Sunday and the body of one was found in the street on Monday. It had been strangled.

The RSPCA found the other kitten alive, but it was in poor condition after its tail had been severed and was put down.

Pc Angela Murray, of Thames valley Police, said: "This incident is particularly sickening and I am desperate to get whoever is responsible.

"There is no question that the animals must have suffered terribly before they died and the owners are devastated."
