A group of sixth-formers who formed an anti-bullying network for younger pupils will receive the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial award.
The students, from Larkmead school in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, were commended for their commitment to providing a confidential mentoring service.
After undergoing a training programme provided by the NSPCC, they were able encourage pupils to raise concerns.
The Diana Memorial Award director will present them with the award on Friday.
'Extreme misery'
Richard Bysouth, head teacher of Larkmead school, said: "The students have shown a remarkable commitment to the community by supporting pupils who come into the school.
"They have put some excellent measures in place such as the mentoring service and this good work will continue long after they have left the school."
Councillor Tony Crabbe, Oxfordshire County Council's executive member for schools, said: "It is extremely positive to see older students supporting younger pupils in this way.
"Bullying can cause extreme misery and lead to significant underachievement - the county council gives a high priority to tackling bullying and it is important that our schools have effective measures in place. "
