Husband on BBQ murder charge

Two women were killed and one critically injured
A man will appear in court on Wednesday charged with murdering his estranged wife and her sister at a family barbecue.

Vicky Horgan, 27, and her sister, Emma Walton, 25, were shot dead on Sunday in Highmoor Cross, Oxfordshire.

Their mother Jacqueline is critically ill in hospital.

Stuart Horgan, 39, from Plaistow, London, will appear at Oxford Magistrates Court charged with two murders and one attempted murder.

Meanwhile Thames Valley Police Authority has confirmed it will look into the one-hour delay before paramedics were given clearance to enter the scene of the shooting by police.
