Tesco theft charge for Nottinghamshire chief inspector

A senior Nottinghamshire Police officer has been charged with one count of shoplifting.

Ch Insp Kim Molloy was arrested on 24 November last year at the Tesco Extra store in Top Valley Drive, Top Valley, Nottingham.

The shop theft charge is believed to relate to make-up allegedly taken from the store.

Ms Molloy, 44, is due to appear at Mansfield Magistrates' Court on 25 February.
