Thieves in £160,000 perfume haul

Perfume and aftershave thought to be worth about £160,000 have been stolen from a lorry parked at the side of the A1 in Nottinghamshire.

Thieves slashed the side of the lorry, which was parked on the northbound carriageway, near Blythe.

Police believe the incident happened between 2100 BST on Wednesday and 0900 BST on Thursday.

Officers have appealed for anyone who has any information in the theft to come forward.
