Man arrested after cannabis find

Cannabis with a street value of £185,000 was seized

A 47-year-old man has been arrested after the discovery of cannabis plants at a house in Nottingham.

Police officers raided a house in Langbank Avenue, Rise Park on Tuesday following an anonymous tip-off from a member of the public.

They seized about 370 plants with an estimated street value of £185,000 along with hydroponics equipment.

The man was arrested at the scene and is currently being questioned by police officers.
