Millions of counterfeit cigarettes thought to be headed for Nottinghamshire have been seized by HM Customs and Excise officers.
More than four million cigarettes were found in a consignment at Felixstowe docks. They arrived in a freight container from China.
The load was described as "tissues and napkin paper".
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) put the loss of tax on the haul at more than £800,000. No arrests have been made.
HMRC spokeswoman Jennie Kendall said: "We believe these cigarettes would have been sold cheaply on the streets of Nottingham and the surrounding areas."
