Mr Malik was insulted before being attacked

International students in Nottingham have said they are living in fear after a man was attacked.
Om Prakass Malik was assaulted and verbally abused by two white men on Albion Street.
The Indian man was left with serious facial injuries after the attack, in which two men shouted racist insults.
He said fellow students at the University of Nottingham are too frightened to go out at night after what happened to him.
The two men hit him, kicked him and left him bleeding in the street.
Mr Malik said: "We are really scared.
"They (the students) walk in groups, they have started confining themselves in the room during evening hours.
"It's the kind of self confinement that they have started doing."
