A man became trapped under a Nottingham tram

Police are examining CCTV footage taken from a Nottingham tram involved in an accident on Christmas Eve.
A man was taken to hospital after his legs were crushed between the vehicle and the platform at Hyson Green.
Clive Pennington from NET, the tram operator, said all emergency procedures were followed.
He said: "We have taken a download of the tram's black box recorder and can confirm the tram behaved exactly as we predicted it would do."
He said driver acted "very, very quickly" and probably prevented further injury.
The 32-year-old man was under the tram for 20 minutes.
