Planners recommend homes proposal

Planning officers in Northamptonshire have backed outline proposals for 5,500 new homes.

In September, Kettering councillors voted to grant outline planning permission for the proposed development to the east of the town.

This was subject to getting more information from the developers which has now been assessed by planners.

Councillors are being recommended to back the plans when they meet next week.
