Man cautioned over drugs at rave

A man has been cautioned with taking drugs to a rave held on farmland in Northamptonshire.

The rave was held in a barn on land off Bugbrooke Road, between Kislingbury and Bugbrooke, near Northampton on Saturday night.

Police said the rave was not broken up due to large numbers of people but was instead monitored and contained.

A 37-year-old man from Colchester, Essex, was cautioned for being in possession of controlled substances.

Complaints of criminal damage are being investigated.

A quantity of alcohol was left near the barn and Bugbrooke Road was closed on Sunday to allow contractors to clear the area.
