Five held in indecent image probe

Five men have been arrested after two days of action by Northamptonshire child abuse investigation unit.

Raids were carried out at properties in Kettering and Irthlingborough on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Five men, aged 40 to 73, were arrested on suspicion of making and possessing indecent abusive images of children and released on police bail.

A large amount of computer equipment was seized during the operation which will be examined.
