People in Northampton are being given the chance to have their say about the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (WNDC).
WNDC was set up by the government to help promote housing growth and regeneration in Northampton, Daventry and Towcester.
Northampton Borough Council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee is reviewing how well the WNDC is performing.
A meeting at Northampton's Guildhall on 23 October will seek local views.
Future debates
The meeting, at 1800 BST, will also include representatives from different groups and organisations.
Councillor Andrew Simpson, chair of Northampton Borough Council's overview and scrutiny committee. said: "Whether it is the growth of the town or the debates surrounding the future town centre, everyone in Northampton is affected by the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation.
"This is your chance to tell us what you think. We are interested to hear your views about the work of the development corporation and how it works with other organisations."
