Man charged over bin store death

A 20-year-old Northampton man has been charged with the manslaughter of a man whose body was discovered in a bin storage area at a block of flats.

Ritvars Kozans, 22, was found at the Pinnacle block of flats in Woolmonger Street, Northampton, on 30 May.

A second man, aged 19, also from Northampton, has been charged with the theft of a motor vehicle.

Both were released on conditional bail to appear at Northampton Magistrates' Court on 24 October.
