Police seize 300 cannabis plants

About 300 cannabis plants have been found by police at a drugs factory being run from two houses in Kettering town centre.

The farm was found in Montague Street on Saturday, but police were not able to dismantle it over fears an adjoining house was structurally unsound.

It was later examined by an engineer who gave officers the all clear to carry out the search on Sunday.

Nobody was at the house at the time of the raid and no arrests have been made.
