New health centres to be launched

Six new Wellbeing Centres are being launched in Northamptonshire

Six new Wellbeing Centres in libraries in Northamptonshire are to be launched later this month.

People across the county will be able to access information on health issues and get advice from trained staff.

The Wellbeing Centres will be based in libraries in Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Northampton, Wellingborough, and Weston Favell.

The scheme has been set up by Northamptonshire Teaching Primary Care Trust and the county council.

Wellbeing Centre launches are taking place at Wellingborough and Daventry Libraries (22 April), Kettering Library (23 April), Northampton (Abington Street) and Weston Favell Libraries (24 April), Corby Library (25 April).
