Trick-or-treater Halloween attack
"Cowardly" trick-or-treaters broke a man's cheekbone by repeatedly punching him in the face on Halloween night outside his Northamptonshire home.

The victim, 43, was attacked after he confronted a gang of teenagers who he suspected had thrown eggs at his house in High Street, Silverstone.

He was taken to Northampton hospital with multiple facial injuries.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: "This was an unprovoked and cowardly attack."

One of the attackers in described as 6ft 1in, of medium build and was wearing a dark coloured hooded top, a white baseball cap and dark jogging bottoms.
