Wood body death 'not suspicious'
Police trying to identify the body of a man which was found in woodland are not treating his death as suspicious.

The body was found in undergrowth by a member of the public who was walking in a wood off the A5 between Towcester and Paulerspury, in Northants, on Sunday.

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said it appeared that the body had been in the woods for some time.

A post-mortem examination has been carried out and police are now preparing a report for the coroner.

Police are still trying to identify the dead man.
