Ex-scout leader jailed for abuse
A former scout leader has been jailed for sexually assaulting boys more than 30 years ago.

Trevor Richardson, 70, from Barton Seagrave, Northants, assaulted the boys in Kettering during first aid lessons in the 1960s and 70s.

The former magistrate, who was awarded an MBE in 1998 for his services to scouting, denied five charges of indecent assault.

At Leicester Crown Court on Thursday, Richardson was jailed for seven months.
