The developers want to look at possible options for the use of the site

A company hoping to redevelop the former Terry's factory in York is now reviewing how the site could be used.
Earlier this year, the development company Grantside's plans were left in tatters after councillors refused to give their scheme planning permission.
The firm had wanted to create hundreds of homes, hotels, conference and leisure facilities on the site.
The multi-million pound plans have hung in the balance since councillors threw out the plans at the end of August.
After considering its options, Grantside is now sending leaflets to 3,500 people who live nearby.
The residents are being invited to an event where they will be able to give their opinions on how they think the old factory should be used and also raise any concerns.
The company stresses this is not a sign it intends to re-submit its original plan, but it is hoping to see if there is any scheme which would be financially viable and acceptable to the council and people who live nearby.
