The new jobs will help cut lorry journeys, says Nestle

At least 100 new jobs are to be created at York's Nestle chocolate factory.
The positions, which are a mixture of permanent jobs and contracts, will be based in a new facility for the company's co-packing operation.
The new roles will help combine different products, such as those found in selection boxes, sometimes from different manufacturing locations.
Nestle said the move could cut the need to transport stock by 4,000 lorry loads, which is 300,000 lorry miles.
Paul Grimwood, managing director of Nestle, said: "We are delighted that this will bring more jobs to the city of York.
"We are continually looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment.
"So rather that moving backwards and forwards around the country it makes sound environmental and business sense to bring the co-packing to one of Nestle's largest distribution centres."
Earlier this year a further 80 jobs were created at the York site.
However, in 2006 the Swiss company made 654 redundancies as part of a major restructuring plan.
