Soldiers from the Second Battalion of The Yorkshire Regiment have been taking part in a series of parades this week to celebrate their homecoming in April.
Crowds of people lined the streets of both towns to see them march.
During the tour two battalion members were killed - Sgt Lee Johnson and Cpl Damien Lawrence.
The Second Battalion have been granted the freedom of Scarborough, Bridlington, Richmond, Harrogate, Redcar and Cleveland and Middlesbrough.
They started their parades in Middlesbrough on Wednesday and ended them in Bridlington.
