The scheme aims to reduce traffic congestion in the city

A scheme to keep traffic in a North Yorkshire city moving during a construction project has been agreed.
Officers from North Yorkshire County Council's Highways department, Ripon City Council and traders have agreed on the five-point action plan.
The one-way system on Westgate in Ripon will be reversed, while "access only" orders will apply to some roads.
The work is due to run for the rest of the year while a new link road is built, county officials said.
Along with the change in the one-way system there will be a ban on traffic turning right from Water Skellgate into High Skellgate.
Firby Lane will become "access only while only buses and taxis will be allowed to ravel east into Moss Arcade.
Bedern Bank and Minster Road will have 7.5 tonne weight restrictions enforced.
The scheme is designed to allow building work on a road connecting a major retail project at the west of the Market Place.
