Men admit preventing baby burial
Two men have admitted conspiring to prevent the lawful burial of a newborn baby nine years ago.

Graeme Skidmore, 44, and Mark Eshelby, 48, appeared at York Crown Court charged with conspiring to prevent the burial of Benjamin Judson in 1998.

The baby boy died 20 minutes after being born at York Hospital.

Skidmore, of Northallerton, and Eshelby, of East Lothian, were released on bail to be sentenced on Wednesday, when details of the case will be heard.
