Man remanded over Norfolk body in freezer

A man has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of his 28-year-old partner who was found in a pub freezer in Norfolk.

Rebecca Thorpe's body was discovered in an outbuilding at the Compasses Inn in Snettisham on Tuesday.

Michael Tucker, 49, who ran the pub with Ms Thorpe, appeared before King's Lynn magistrates.

He was remanded in custody until Monday when his case is due to be heard at Norwich Crown Court.
