Tharston could get traveller site

Land in a Norfolk village could be turned into a traveller site if plans are given the go-ahead.

Luke and Bev Todd from Flordon, near Norwich, want to use land on Stratton Road in Tharston, near Norwich.

In the application submitted to South Norfolk Council it is proposed the site could hold two mobile homes and four touring caravans.

If councillors approve plans there would also be two stable buildings and and two "day room buildings".
