Historical manuscripts go on show

A collection of historical manuscripts, some decorated with miniature paintings, is to be exhibited in Norfolk for the first time.

Miniature Windows on the World features work from artists across Europe and the Middle East created between the 10th and the early 19 Centuries.

The oldest book on show is a copy of the four gospels, thought to be from Constantinople, from the 10th Century.

The show is at the Archive Centre in Martineau Lane, Norwich, until 21 May.
