Detectives in Norfolk have released CCTV images showing the last known movements of a convicted paedophile before he was murdered.

The body of 73-year-old Gordon Boon was found dumped in woodland near Great Witchingham nearly two months ago.

It was found by a passer-by under fence panels. He had been strangled.

Police have published CCTV pictures of Boon's last known movements in Norwich, three days before his body was found on Monday 6 October.

Det Ch Insp Steve Strong, who is leading the murder inquiry, said: "They are the last clothes that we know he was wearing and we don't know where they are at the moment. We're looking for anyone who may have seen discarded clothing identified in these photographs."

Boon, a registered sex offender, was jailed seven years ago for abusing three young girls.
