A 100-year-old photograph showing one of Norwich's earliest league football teams is to be sold at auction.
The picture of the team, known as CEYMS or Churches, was taken 108 years ago, and was found in a garage in Norwich.
It shows two of the footballers who went on to form Norwich City in 1902 - the teams's captain, Robert Webster and vice captain Joseph Cowper Nutchey.
The photograph will go under the hammer at Bonhams at the Athenaeum in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, on 30 October.
The Church of England's Young Men's Association football team was formed prior to the Norwich city football team which started in 1902.
Claire Tuck, from Bonhams, said: "This was a lovely find during a valuation day in Norwich."
Ms Tuck said it was found among other photographs by a man who had inherited them from a friend who was a Norwich photographer.
She said: "The photograph is absolutely of its time, you can't really imagine football officials in formal bowler hats today, and the strip is very different from current football kits.
"The CEYMS team still exists today so there could even be descendants of the original team who are still playing."
She also urged anyone who may have a relative featured in the picture to contact Bonhams Norfolk.
