The Kelling Hall estate in Norfolk also offers holiday homes

A country house has gone on sale with a £25m price tag, 13 bedrooms and a village attached.

Kelling Hall was built near Holt, Norfolk, just before World War I by Dutch oil industrialist Sir Henri Deterding as a shooting lodge.

But as well as the hall, the Deterding family's estate includes much of Kelling village - 28 houses, business units, 1,600 acres of land and a farm.

Sir Henri's grandson Jim is selling up to retire to somewhere more manageable.

The estate offers holiday homes and the current owners describe it as a "perfect rural holiday retreat".

If no-one offers the full asking price the estate may be sold off in separate lots with the hall and farm then reduced to £15m.
