There was also a go-slow protest on the A47 near Norwich

Lorry drivers are staging a go-slow around a bypass in Norfolk to protest about high fuel prices.

The action is part of a national rally organised by the Road Haulage Association which will see hundreds of lorries demonstrate on London's roads.

Two slow-moving convoys are moving along the southern bypass in Norwich as part of the day of action against the rising cost of fuel.

Drivers last demonstrated in the city in May.

During that protest some 40 lorries travelled in convoy on the inside lanes of both carriageways of the A47 around Norwich escorted by police motorcycle riders.
