Body found in a car on heathland

A body has been found in a car near a village in Norfolk, police have said.

Heathland near Marsham, just south of Aylsham, has been cordoned off by police who were alerted to the car by residents living nearby.

Scenes of crime officers are examining the car but no further details of the body have been given.

Police are treating the death as unexplained until an investigation and a post-mortem examination are carried out, a spokesman said.
