A doctor at a Norfolk hospital sexually assaulted a 13-year-old patient after telling her she was pregnant, a court has heard.
Rashid Sandhu, 30, of Welling, Kent, who denies sexual assault, worked at James Paget Hospital, Gorleston.
Norwich Crown Court heard he massaged the girl's breasts with gel claiming to be carrying out an abortion.
Police also found more than 100 images of child pornography on Mr Sandhu's laptop computer, the court heard.
Jurors were told Mr Sandhu asked the girl if he could take a photograph of her naked body and said he sometimes got a bit "horny".
Pregnancy fears
The court heard the alleged victim and a 15-year-old friend had attended the hospital's Accident and Emergency department last summer fearing they may be pregnant.
Tests carried out by Mr Sandhu were negative and they were both prescribed medication for a urine infection.
Mr Sandhu later called the older girl and said it was possible they may be pregnant and told both to return to hospital the following day, jurors heard.
The prosecution said Mr Sandhu took them individually into an office and on being told she was pregnant, the 13-year-old said she wanted an abortion.
Police began investigating after the girl spoke at school about having a termination.
The case continues.
