Gerard and Jonathan Stonehouse deny manslaughter

A customer in a fast-food restaurant pulled a father and son off a 21-year-old man who had just been beaten to death, a court heard.
Gerard Stonehouse, 48, and Jonathan Stonehouse, 18, are accused of attacking Richard Moore at McDonald's in Hay Hill, Norwich, on 21 March.
Mr Moore, from Magdalen Close, Norwich, received a fatal blow to his neck in the attack, Norwich Crown Court heard.
The defendants of Woodcock Road, Norwich, both deny manslaughter.
Michael O'Hare, who witnessed the attack, told jurors how he heard a woman screaming for someone to help as Mr Moore was being punched by the two defendants.

Mr O'Hare, described how he pulled the defendants away.
"He didn't move", Mr O'Hare said.
"He was out of it. He was making a rasping noise, his eyes were rolling in his head and he had gone a bright red colour."
Mr Moore who was 5ft 8in and weighed eight stone, suffered 20 separate injuries in the attack, jurors heard.
Pregnant girlfriend
One blow caused a tear in an underlying artery in the right-hand side of Mr Moore's neck and he died from internal bleeding.
He was officially pronounced dead at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on 22 March.
When questioned by police the Stonehouses made no comment before issuing statements in which they claimed they had acted in self-defence.
The confrontation began when Mr Moore defended his pregnant girlfriend, Jemma Todd, who had accused Jonathan Stonehouse of staring at her, jurors heard.
The case continues.
